No wine from Chile for WWA could be more appropriately named than Travesia, which means “journey”. It has taken the team at WWA 3 years to find a range of wines from Chile that we are all absolutely excited about, in terms of style, quality and value for money and the Travesia range really do represent the fruits of a long, long, journey of discovery.

Travesia wines come from the Maipo region of Chile, where the thermal amplitude in the vineyards prolong the ripening season, creating bright fruit with depth and complexity. The winemaker here employs fantastic techniques that he learned during his time working on the World famous Casillero del Diablo wines, to blend really elegant results. Travesia wines are packed with juicy Chilean fruit BUT not too much sugar, and a real old World elegance that sets them apart from their peers.
