Grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay; 35% Chenin Blanc; 5% Pinot Noir
Region of Origin: Tupungato – Rivadavia, Mendoza
Vineyard details: alluvial soil, drip-flat irrigation
Climate: Dry and continental with great sun exposure allowing perfect ripening.
Harvest details: by hand in cases, picked on February
Vinification: grapes were destemmed and 100% crushed. 20 days of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.
Prise de Mousse: second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Lees contact for 60 days.
Pre-bottling operations: Filtration with membranes
Colour: yellow with greenish hues
Aromas: tropical fruits, grapefruit and white peaches.
Palate: fresh, persistent and elegant finish
Alcohol content: 11.2% Vol. (20ºC)
Residual Sugar: 6.1 g/l
Total Acidity: 7.15 g/l tartaric acid
Serving Temperature: 9-11ºC
