WINEMAKING NOTES
Our 2010 Old Vine Zinfandel opens up with bold aromas of pomegranate, warm molasses, red currant and Mexican vanilla nuances. Concentrated flavors of blackberry, ripe persimmon and cinnamon are layered with black pepper, sandalwood and fresh cranberry notes that linger on the finish. The complex blend of fruit and spice is well-balanced by this wines bright refreshing acidity. This is a delicious softly tannic, food friendly Zinfandel!

FOOD PAIRING
This wine lends itself well to a wide array of foods, but pairs particularly well with BBQ. Try pairing it with a BBQ chicken at flatbread pizza or with a honey glazed grilled pork tenderloin.
