WINEMAKING NOTES
Our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with earthy, herbaceous notes of green olive and coriander framed by blackberry and black currants. Ripe concentrated avors of cherry and wild strawberry follow, accented with subtle mocha, caramelized sugar and chicory notes. Medium tannin and structure, moderate acidity and a nice oaky finish all lend a hand in creating a well-rounded highly enjoyable wine.
