“Evidence of Germany’s proficiency with the red burgundy grape. Pale ruby with very pure-yet-sweet mushroomy flavours. Pinot Noir at its most delicately succulent and with lovely freshness. But the opposite of a powerhouse. Best drunk as soon as it’s opened.”
